No, there is no age limit for our wonen’s health add-ons. For employees aged 60 years old and above, our women’s health add-ons can provide a cost-effective for you to support your employees without bearing crippling increases in insurance premiums.
When your organisation is onboarded, all registered employees will be prompted automatically – by WhatsApp or email – to download the NABTA app, complete their account setup, and set their health goal.
As soon as the first employees start setting their health goals, the NABTA team will arrange to come to your place of work to complete the onboarding health checks and blood tests for all employees.
Representatives of each care team will then begin the process of engaging your employees on a regular basis the NABTA app and/or WhatsApp (depending on their language and communication preferences) to offer them support with their health and provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations in line with their age, stage and goals.
No, for you as an organisation, there are no additional costs beyond the initial upfront costs of the women’s health add-ons.

The NABTA PLUS subscription is the most basic of our women’s health add-ons.
Starting at AED 49/month, it includes a host of technology-enabled and in-person services, including access to a 24/7 nursing hotline, emergency walk-in clinics, out of hours services, monthly virtual check-ins with your care coordinator, member-only events and discounts, and much more.
These services are designed to provide a continuum of care for employees living with chronic or pre-existing conditions, or navigating particular health challenges or stages such as fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause.
